"Dear Lane Bryant Macomb Mall, in Michigan, specifically. I wanted to write a thank you to the young lady who helped me select a sports bra (and order another size) for my child who didn't feel comfortable coming into the store. I wish I would have gotten your name, but you were so kind to me when I explained the situation, affirming to me when I needed to be real, and I wanted you to know, and your store to know, that this was the best customer experience I have had at a clothing store in a long time. This experience happened on Thursday, October 12, 2023 in the evening. The first item we bought didn't work, so we are waiting on the item you had shipped to my house. Thank you--I hope you see this review, and thank you Lane Bryant for hiring people who care about their customers. If I find out your name, I will add it to this review, or write another. "Last week I went into lane Bryant store and purchase two bras unfortunately they only had one my size in the store so they ordered the other one I wanted for it to arrive never received it but they charged me I customer service no help I paid for two bras only got one"

"The people in this store couldn’t have been more unhelpful. If this was my first time coming in this store I would never want to come back. Just a waste of my time. The lady wouldn’t even look it up she just told me that they dnt have at all. So I let her know you can find it online. Some people are just so rude."

"Carina was so unprofessional. A woman was trying to return a defective pair of pants and I’ve seen her in there all the time. Very loyal customer. But Carina called her a liar and implied she was fat! Very unprofessional. The woman tried to explain herself and Carina KEPT talking down to her! This is a plus size store, how could you fat shame? Ruined my shopping experience."

"Have been my favorite plus size store for years. They didn't have much in the past but theyve changed their style alot and I love it but some of the items are overpriced"
