"Michelle did a terrible job with my hair, she is not to be trusted if you want just your ends trimmed. She made up this lie about Bishop Charles Ellis, being dead from Covid-19, to throw me off of what she was doing to my hair. How awful a person she is, to let something come out of her mouth that she, new was not true. How do she sleep at night? The price was also different from what I was quoted on the phone, she said she used a certain product after a color service, just because she used the product, it should not be forced on clients. I would not recommend this scissor happy person to anyone."

"During the pandemic, like so many others I did my own hair out of necessity. As a result, my hair was so broken off, dry and damaged I thought I'd have to cut it off and start over. Again. But, I had an event to attend. So, I went to Jamie who gave me a really cute cut and managed to retained my hair length. I was so happy with my hair. Afterwards I went out in the mall where someone said "Your hair is pretty" Instead of saying Thank you, I said "I know, right!" I apologized for being ill-mannered. Now I'm a regular and have lovely head of hair. Even if I do say so myself."

"I seen Jamie today. She was very professional, efficient, great communication and styled my hair very well. My hair is very thick and long; Jamie was very delicate and the price of my service was fair. This is my second time at this location and every time I had a great experience. Everyone was very professional. The salon was clean and well organized and they cleaned the chair after each client to prevent the spread of COVID. Absolutely no complaints, 10 star service."

"Tried making online appointment. Information has not been accurate. For example... the person doesn't do the service the site says that they do... stylist doesn't work at the time your appointment is scheduled for! They did call private and left a message which I didn't get until after I arrived for my scheduled service. 2 unnecessary trips... no service completed!"
