"Please check how much your card is being charged when buying anything here. I was over charged. when I asked for the price adjustmen, I was given a gift card. I was told I could not get my money back (for the adjustment or to return the item) only a gift card. After much time and hassle, on the phone with CS, I did get the price adjustmen. It is not about the few dollars I was over charged, it is about how I was treated by management. No response from the email I sent about the experience."
"Not open during hours posted online and at store. I made a trip specifically to Rally House Woodhaven and the doors were locked at 8:30pm on a Friday night. There was a flashing sign in the window proclaiming: “Open” and the hours on the door showed they should be open until 9pm. No employees in sight or signage as to why they were closed early."
"This is such a cool new store for Woodhaven! Everybody sells Michigan and State stuff but this one has a ton of stuff for them and Eastern, Wayne, Grand Valley and a bunch of other schools. Not to mention all the Detroit teams just in time for Tigers season to finally start up. Honestly I'm pretty nervous about my paycheck finding its way here every week since my whole family is filled with sports nuts."
