"Haircut quality depends on who you get - as usual (newbie etc.). Biggest issue is scheduling and has been since COVID. You go in and people with appointments jump past you. Won't go back until they have a scheduling app. similar to other venues. * they told me 10 minute wait on the phone - then I sat there as person after person went around me - finally told them to take me off the list and I left. Bye..."

"Had the best experience with destiny as a barber. My son was scared and she made him feel so comfortable. She went above and beyond totally can tell she is a mom. Will always come back to her. !!!!! He's even asking when can we see miss destiny again."

"Would give a zero if that was an option. Destinee has no clue what she is doing. My son asked for a 5 on the sides and just a little off the top, looked like she gave him a bowl cut and 1.5 or 2 on the sides. My son was balling his eyes out as his hair was nice and full, long on the top. One of the girls tried to fix it and blend some in but it's still horrible. Destinee- you should take a class or only cut certain types of hair. I'd be embarrassed to send someone out knowing that was my work. Will never go back!"

"Well, that’s by far the worst haircut I’ve ever had, asked for a scissor trim on the top and sides, barber proceeded to mess up my sides, and asked if I’d be okay with a fade. I said no but there isn’t anything I can do now. The fade was worse, one side is a high fade, the other side, medium low fade. Bad barber. Rude front desk associate."
