"store quality has gone way down since they got a new store manager, short lightskin gal, didnt care to get her name cause she was too rude. wouldnt refund a board that snapped not even an hour after purchasing. you could see the board clearly wasnt made properly and they sold me faulty merchandise. telling everyone at Portage park and UpJohn to never give Zoomies their business again."

"Cool store...but the employees there don’t honor the business hours listed on the website. I made two trips there about 15 minutes before closing time. I knew exactly what I wanted and would be in and out in 5 minutes...it was closed two days in a row at 7:45 when their website says they are open until 8. Every store around them was still open. It’s a real time waster when you make a trip based on the commitment of business hours listed on their website and u arrive to find the gate closed and the employees chatting in the back of the store. Apparently the business hours that the owners committed to are only loose suggestions based on how long the employees feel like working that day."
