"literally worst starbucks in the whole airport. i ordered a crossaint and instead of telling me they didn’t cook food items they just handed me a cold crosssint. then when i asked said in a rude way they don’t heat food up… if they don’t heat food up then they need to tell people before they order because who eats cold croissants? then the attitude was just unwarranted. don’t go here go to a different one where they actually heat ur food up or will at least tell u they don’t before u order."
"Had to wake the young lady sleeping on the register to place an order. Order was incomplete… asked the other young lady if we could get the muffin my daughter ordered; she acted annoyed I bothered her to get my daughter the muffin she ordered; she huffed, rolled her eyes and walked away. Came back and said we don’t even have any muffins. I asked if there was something else she could get or can I get a refund. She pointed to the end of the line and said you can get back in line and ask for a refund. I told her she was unbelievably rude and walked away… she shouted back- no, you’re rude! “Customer service” at this location is non-existent. Disappointing Starbucks experience, highly recommend visiting a different location. Would give this location zero stars if that was an option."
"Staff on around 430 the day before Thanksgiving (Brittany especially) were so sweet and helpful! I didn't know what I wanted and they were really patient and helpful. Give those two a raise ❤️"
"Service is extremely slow, employees have poor attitudes, drink was made wrong, over priced compared to other stores outside of the airport. There were 3 employees and only 1 making drinks while the other 2 stood around on their phones. I placed a mobile order for a venti Iced toasted vanilla oat milk shaken espresso which should have 4 shots of blonde espresso in it with only a splash of oat milk. The drink was clearly made wrong as it tastes like straight oat milk and is almost white. When I asked the barista about it she had an attitude and stated it was made correctly. Unfortunately both Starbucks in terminal A are horrible at making drinks and have poor service. Plus everything is priced higher than normal Starbucks stores, I’m assuming because it’s in the airport."
