"I walked in at 7:55am and was first in line to order 2 box o joes and have waited a over 20 minutes for my order. I’ve seen at least 15 cars breeze through the drive thru and I still haven’t gotten my order. Very disappointed and this is the second experience I’ve had where I waited a long time. Very disappointed."

"Terrible experience. Second time having a rude and disappointing experience at this location. I ordered my food 1 hour early to be ready, it was “ready” as they told me, but missing part of the order. I got In-line to order an additional 2 items. They did not help me and the other person at the counter for over 15 minutes while they only helped with the drive thru line. I expressed my frustrations and was met with arguing and dismissal. When I mentioned my missing items, again there was a rude response and then given to me. When I mentioned I was missing a donut from my 3 donut order, she checked to make sure and then checked again before believing me. As I went to my car, I noticed they forgot the sandwich for my order. Again, there was a disrespectful interaction and just kind of tossed to me. I ended up being late for work and there was no care/respect for me as a customer. I will not be coming back to this location and would not recommend using this location in the future."

"I used to go to this location all the time because of convenience. But my last few times here the coffee has either been cold or my bagel has been stale. I would not go here!"

"1 star to leave the review. Horrible! Waited 5 minutes for someone to say hi. 3 people running around with their heads cut off. No napkins, bagels in trash bags, no donuts and two people took my order and it was still wrong. Chai tea is horrific and half filled cup. The sandwich my husband got has spoiled meat on it. $12 wasted! Horrible. Reheated meat how many times? Smells soooo bad. Corporate needs to visit this place or health department needs to stop in and close this place down."
