"Employees are slow and incompetent. The owner is rude. Obnoxious and think she is better than everybody else. I went there about a week ago. My food was wrong and she treated me like a second grade citizen trying to replace the food that they prepared wrong and acted like I was stealing from her. Wendy's is my favorite fast food but will never be back to this one and is a recommendation. "When you use the mobile app, you choose if you want to pick up your order inside, curbside, or through the drive-thru. Twice now, I've been told that I have to go inside to pick it up even though my app proves that I chose the drive-thru option. Why can't they just hand it to me since I've waited in line for five to ten minutes? When I asked about it inside, the worker pointed to the cash register and said, "This is where the order comes in at" like that means anything to me. It's just frustrating customer service... otherwise, the food is good, even when you get French fries instead of the chicken nuggets you ordered."

"Recently I've noticed that most of the locations of all the Wendy's have been locked I don't know if they just don't have enough employees to keep the inside of these places open or they just don't feel like opening the inside are they all drive through could someone tell me? It just seems like they're a drive-through only now"

"This is the only Wendy's I can find in lakes area that is open late. Usually until midnight on week days. Same nice lady is always there to help with a smile. Food is done right every time.They also have a nice outdoor dining area. Keep up the great work."
