"Was ignored waiting for the take out order that was already 5 minutes late, then talked to other customers that came in after me. When she couldn’t find my take out order they said “You’ll would have to wait because they were busy and I’ll have to look it up on the computer and we have other customers here”. Really, it was over a $60 order and she could have cared less."

"Was in there and Manager was in lobby on her pc (I'm sure doing work) however there were 7 people in the store waiting for service. The employee making the smoothie was obviously new and struggling. The Manager was just sitting there and I could here her complaining on the phone. This store has gone completely down hill lately. I would definitely look at your management and re evaluate them. Immature and childish is the only thing I can say about what this management person was talking about with a store full people. I will go to white lake going forward. I am not alone in this. Look at your staff cause they are dragging down your business ."
