"Worst boba tea ever, overly priced and worst management and definitely pathetic owners. If given a chance I would rate them negatively for their poor treatment of employees and they do not even share TIPs to the employees. I would suggest everyone not to visit or try their drinks."

"This place is a complete scam. They offer regular and large sizes but conveniently never ever have the regular size. They upcharge the drinks as well. Apparently some of the regular drinks are considered the “favorite” and you get upcharged. The employees won’t tell you if you don’t ask and before you know it, you’re paying $15 for a boba drink. Avoid. There’s another boba shop within the mall called “Sweeting”, they’re much better and have normal prices and you won’t be upcharged."

"This place will steal from you and anyone rating it above a 3 has not tasted fresh bubba tea before. Me and my partner bought two drinks, they didn’t ask us the size and served us large (which was fine) until I saw that it was $20 -unfortunately after we left the premises - for what should’ve been less than $16 (post tax) since they list the price as $5.99/lrg beverage and we did not request or receive any extras. To make matters worst the beverages are POWDER BASED and watery. According to their own prices, we got ripped off. This place is glad to commit fraud and they’re lucky it would be too big of an inconvenience for me to report it to my financial institution."
