"Had a wonderful waitress by the name of Stacey who made sure we received everything we ordered. She frequently checked on the food gave us up-to-date information on when our food was coming out all while have several tables to take care of. The manager DJ even came out to make sure everyone was doing alright and the food was good which we don't see happening at restaurants nowadays. I will definitely be back such a wonderful experience..."

"January 2024 - came here with the family after an event at a local business. We came here for dinner and there were 6 of us. We didn't wait long but they were slammed. We had Miranda as our waitress and she was amazing. However, I think it was just her and one or two people in the bar area. If you come for dinner you might have to wait to sit. However, if you have Miranda she will take care of you. If they lose her then I would be scared of their business."

"I’m not one to typically complain about poor service at restaurants, as I’m understanding of the work experience of the staff, but this I feel was exceptional. Was here for two hours and twenty minutes. Sat down at the bar and immediately let the bartender know we were ready to order and wanted a salad and the bottomless boneless wings. Another group sat down, ordered after us and was finished and paid the bill before our order (wings and a salad) came out. Was not checked on for another ten minutes at which point I asked to put in my second order. 35 minutes later my second order comes out (see picture) and I’m made to believe the kitchen is backed up. The issue I have is the prompt delivery of food to other patrons and the condition of the wings I received: dry on top to the point that the sauce had formed a skin on top as if they’ve been sitting under lamps as well as dry inside (see picture). I get that mistakes happen and people are unintentionally skipped at restaurants. I ordered another order of wings. The wings brought out did not have the sauce I ordered and I was asked by the bartender if I’d just take the wrong ones. I asked if I could just have the ones I ordered. I took them to go. I understand the gaps in service that can occasionally occur; it was the complete lack of apology or even acknowledgement for the quality of our experience that surprises me."

"Definitely really enjoy coming to Applebee's! Usually, I get the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp or Chicken Tenders, but my mom has gotten the steak and potatoes, and those have been good too! Our server, Alyssa, and the manager, Eric, definitely took time to ensure that guest visits are to their satisfaction, and that helps to make sure that we will be back!"
