"Ambience ok Food - compare to other Qdoba locations I didn’t like 100% here Either they’re kinda outta ingredients or some other. Service is so good and restaurant ambience is perfect than the other Qdoba locations."
"I like this place but it seems like they are always out of two or three different ingredients. Don't go to the one at 12 mile and Farmington road. Always out of stuff. I blame it on the management. End of January and still have Christmas decorations on windows. My gosh this isn't Indiana. Walked out more than once. Drove to the one in Novi 10 to 15 minutes away."
"If you like wet melted flour tortillas then this is the place for you! Absolutely disgusting that whoever made my order felt like I deserved to eat this slop. It’s like my tacos were made well and the chef thought, “these look good, better ruin it for this guy!” Then proceeded to pour a cup of water over everything. I’m honestly embarrassed for them."
"Erin not only prepared a delicious 3-cheese nachos dish, but also provided fantastic customer service. She had a great attitude and clearly cared about her job and the customer. The whole crew worked together and communicated well. I visited on 12/3 at about 4pm. Thank you Erin and the rest of the crew for a great experience!"
"When I walked in and came to counter to order. No one spoke. The employee cleaning kept cleaning never acknowledging us. I had to ask is anyone going to help us. He said she will be with you shortly. She was on the phone. He was extremely rude. She gave me old rice. Hard pieces in my bowl I had to ask her to take out. My guacamole had avocado skin in it. So dissatisfied. Terrible customer service."
