Low and behold I go down the road to the other one and my Marlborough were 17 and some chamge"

"Went to pump gas at the station number 12 the gas line was broken and sprayed my vehicle and my son who was pumping the gas. Employee told me to come back as owner is not here. But will be here in 15 mins took my son home to clean off the gas over his body. Came back and the owner told me not my problem when the contact shell company stated that this station is owner operated. He Refused to return $25. In gas as it all over the ground 7.04 gallons. Then asked for the insurance company since customer service with shell told me to ask for the insurance Information the owner still refused. Had to contact the police when they arrived when I told them what customer service stated they went to get the insurance company Information they didn't have it but tomorrow. The officer then stated you need to have it on the premiums then said tomorrow officer said this might be a court issue as he might not have insurance."

"ZERO STARS FOR THIS PLACE!!!! I go to this location regularly and today I went in to get ice water and the attendant told me she wasn't my maid and refused to fill my cup with water. There isn't a water option at the pop/soda machine so I have to all the attendant to do it. I called the store location from my vehicle in the parking lot and he asked me what happened and I told him what happened then he asked me if I was still there and I told him yes and he said hold on and gave the phone back to the attendant. She was very rude to me over the phone so I went back inside to speak with the manager directly and he refused to come out and talk to me. I don't know the name of the attendant because she wasn't even wearing a name tag but she was an older women probably in her late 40's, early 50's with short black hair. I never got to see the manager but he had a middle Eastern accent. I called the store and dones to the manager again to get the name of the manager and the attendant but they refused to tell me the names. The manager preceded to tell me that the attendant had every right to refuse to serve me because she was busy but there wasn't anyone else in the store and even if she was busy with something store related the customer should always come first. The whole situation was handled by unprofessionally by the manager and the attendant. I have done nothing to deserve to be treated in that manner."
