"if you’re not a size 00- like 9 have fun wasting your time lol. they used to carry my size in store (13-15) but the past like TEN times they haven’t had any. not sure if it’s just low stock or what. without the sales their not worth it. online is usually the way to go, sometimes decent deal with ALL sizes. recently i don’t even try to look around i go to american eagle instead"

"Great store! I had a horrible experience online trying to purchase some things to get shipped and there website wasn’t cooperative. So I ended up calling customer service and they were even worse. The gentleman named Ron-thought I was joking always laughing at me and not helpful at all. So I ended up calling the store and talked to Jake! Great guy, very helpful wanted to help me out right away, so I ended up going into the store seeing Devin & Jess who were as helpful as Jake was on the phone with me.
