"My first experience wasn’t great but the manager reached out to me immediately following my review and asked if I would be willing to come back, no charge, for a do over. The initial person working on my hair wasn’t as experienced so the manager took this opportunity to redo my hair and train her stylist. The results were amazing and my blowout lasted almost a week. I was a little nervous coming in and seeing my original stylist. She was there when I came back but was friendly and open to learning. I’d re-book with either of them again. Thank you Nikki for outstanding customer service."

"Had a beginner stylist and was unsatisfied with how my hair turned out, yet completely understanding and okay as I had asked for a natural curly/diffused blowout and totally understand that that can be challenging especially as a new stylist or for anyone who doesn’t have naturally curly hair. However, I also paid for the additional 10 minute scalp massage and she did massage my scalp during the shampoo, but the entirety of my time at the shampoo bowl was less than 10 minutes. Again, the massage was great, just wish I could have lasted longer as I paid additional money for it."

"My daughter and I had a girl's day planned. She wanted tinsel in her hair. My daughter's hair is fine and tangles easily. Normally stylist will alter the way they do things based on a person's hair type. My daughter had a shampoo bowl full of snarls, the gal was not easy on my daughter throughout the whole process. The only product used on my daughter for the blow drying was detangler. My daughter chose a curly style, she had zero curl, the stylist needed to use product on her (maybe they were trying to save product?). I have attached the mini-pigtail tinsel my daughter got, we had to remove several. The only conversation was initiated by me, it felt awkward. My hair is fairly long and rolling it up completely caused it to get caught several times. I know my scalp didn't feel good afterwards, so I can only imagine what my daughter's scalp felt like (mine doesn't tangle). Giving this place a 1 star is generous."
