"The staff at this location (leonard) and knapp are great. Everyone is friendly, and they’re very proficient with getting people in with a minimal wait time, provide a great haircut at a fair price. Kristen has been cutting my hair for years now and she is wonderful. Anyone who has any criticism about a haircut outcome, consider this: get to know your stylists, communicate what you want and allow a couple visits to really fine tune things if you’re especially particular. I have never had a problem, my hair looks great and it’s always a pleasant experience with these folks."

"I went in on my birthday, and had hair past the middle of my back. I brought photos of the hair cut I wanted, the girl assure me that she could do it. ( step bob) She lobbed of my hair at the shoulders, and we went to wash. Then back to the chair, this woman went to hacking my hair, my hair is now a choppy shaggy short mess in the back, the top looks like a mushroom! I told her this is getting to short, she said trust in the way she she is doing it. So I trusted. When she was done, she handed me the mirror, I was mortified. I was in tears, she tell me because of my gray hairs it just wouldn't lay right. She tells me it's OK, just pay for the wash. I won't charge you for the cut. I got a little excited to cut your hair. I paided, by this time I am uncontrollably crying, I work with the public, I am a server. I went to my vehicle, parked right in front of there door and had a melt down for twenty minutes. It ruined my Birthday, ruined my hair, self confidence. Please don't trust these people with your hair!!!!!!"
