"Walked in and was never actually greeted. One barista walked up to take my order, never looked up at me, never said anything and just walked away. Another barista walked up and took my order like nothing happened. I waited way too long, I didn’t appreciate the lack of customer service. This location is struggling these days. I only ended up here because my favorite Biggbys credit card system was down."

"I just picked up a coffee today and it tasted and smelled like cigarettes. When I dumped it out it had what I think were ashes in the bottom of the cup. This used to be my go to spot, so I’m a little bummed that I’ll never go back again."

"Stood for 5-10 just to be greeted, a nice man took my order, I waited for another 10-15 for my order to be made wrong. The employees weren’t extremely busy but took them 25 minutes to get me my order; I can go downtown to any of the local shops and get better service for the same price and half the order time with double the business going on. I order online all the time but walking in I expected a less dreary experience."

This allowed us to efficiently grab breakfast using their convenient drive-through service. We opted for the bagel with cheese, and it exceeded our expectations. The bagel was toasted to perfection, providing a delightful crunch while the cheese added a delicious, savory element to the overall experience. Overall, this was a highly enjoyable and convenient breakfast stop."
