"Great tasting coffee and specialty drinks. I love the fact that you can get sugar free and decafe frozen mochas. They have a drive through for easy access or you can go in and sit."
"I love to treat friends to coffee and this is my FAVORITE place to do it. Can I get coffee elsewhere for less money? I sure can. However, the staff here is so kind and friendly and the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming. Every year this Biggby location provides coffee for a “Donuts with Grown-Ups” event at Amberly Elementary school, so the fact that they give back to our local community makes it that much easier to support them when there are so many great coffee shops nearby."
"It regularly takes 15-30 mins to get through the drive thru line. Today it took 20 mins when I was fourth in line because they can’t balance the drive thru and the lobby. If you need fast service, go inside. I have watched them go through the whole line of people inside before one car moved in the drive thru. Terrible!!!"
"Friendly staff—and Bigby drinks are the same wherever you go (a plus!)... but without exaggeration, please note that in my experience, this location has the slowest drive-through in the Kalamazoo/Portage area! When asking the staff about the wait time, they said, "It's faster to come in!" (Understood!)"
