"I've gotten a latte that was nothing but MILK.... TWICE!! Called management and had to leave a message. It's been 2 weeks and no one has contact me. High staff turn over. This has to be the worst Biggby in this area. No consistency with drink prep and food."

"I have been to this biggby several times and am disappointed each time . They are ALWAYS out of whatever I am trying to order whether it's a bagel, sausage bagel or sweet foam . This time they told me that they are unable to sell me whole bean coffee because they no longer are ordering the bags to put the beans in . I will not be returning to this biggby. The one in oshtemo is 100x better ."
