"Dear Supercuts, A few months ago I had visited your salon for a small trim and for a face framing hair cut. I left your salon later in tears at the horror of my hair. While I have visited this salon many times before with a satisfactory hair cut, this time I was left with a disaster. My hair was uneven, choppy, and a disaster. I question if my stylist even knew what face framing was! I was given horrendous uneven, thick bangs. Most if not all of my hair was left uneven. How did they let me walk out of the salon like this? Despite having many pleasant experiences in the past, I am now reluctant to ever get my hair cut in here. Please teach your stylists how to cut an even face framing hair cut, or have them tell their clients that they are unable to pull it off. Please do better for your future customers, Supercuts."

"The manager (claiming to be the best in the salon) did not tell me prior to sitting me in a chair of a student named Ray. The student continuously asked for a check on my hair cut. When she was finished with my hair it was cut up to my chin and I had asked for a cut to my shoulders. Would not recommend if you like your haircut as you requested. Not a huge surprise in length. Luckily my hair will grow back eventually."
