Dunkin'

"Ever since the new owners have taken over this location everything has gone downhill. I just placed an order through the mobile app and my hash browns were burnt!! My omelette bites looked like they got taken out just in time before they started to burn and any time I go get coffee anymore it's a hit or miss. The staff is not friendly at all except for a couple of girls. I'm very disappointed this was my go to coffee place but not anymore. :⁠-⁠("

"I did a mobile order, which was smooth and easy to use. Simple process too when I got to the drive thru speaker. However, my donuts seemed like they were day old donuts, a little dried out. The lady that took care of me once I got up to the window didn't even say anything except to ask if my order was for me. I get it was roughly 7 in the morning, but working in the service industry you still need to be able to greet your customers and thank them. The new energy refresher they have with the mixed berry wasn't bad wish it would have had a tad more mixed berry flavoring in it, but it wasn't too bad. I would love to try the peach to compare that to this one. Otherwise, my hot coffee was hot and mobile process was easy."

"I love Dunkin coffee drinks, but the service lacks something to be desired. Especially if you go in. They have a machine to take your order, but only when paying by card. Otherwise, you have to wait and be ignored until you can get someone's attention to come take your order. Then, wait until ALL of the drive thru orders are completed before someone will finally start your order. As far as the "atmosphere" there is none. The only people who eat there are the workers. Everything is just hard plastic and usually dirty and unappealing. My recommendation is to just wait in the huge line the wraps around the building and through the parking lots, because you are not going to get any better service if you go inside."

"Edit: a few months later, i still frequent this location. Tried the cookie butter cold brew and the loaded hashbrowns... they were amazing!! Definitely try them!! I love coming to dunkin, definitely better than the biggby a few plazas down. My only complaints are my iced coffee is never the same (I always order the same thing, it just gets made different everytime, apparently.) And to stir the iced coffee! I shouldn't have to try and stir it in my car, when it's so full."

"I’ve order this on 3 different occasions, hoping to get a different result but they are always burnt. I was super excited to get my ham and cheese croissant from Dunkin’ because I prefer Dunkin’ over Starbucks, but unfortunately I’m just going to go back to Starbucks. Looking for a one stop shop in the morning for my coffee and food. I’m sure these are super yummy if they are cooked right. I’ll try one more time in a couple weeks, maybe the staff will be better trained on handing out burnt food."
