"I experienced very bad customer service when I tried returning a pair of $150 shoes that I purchased for my mom 2 weeks and 2 days ago. The shoes are unworn, and my mom didn't try them on (she is very picky and said "no" before I took them out of the box). When I went to return the shoes today, the older woman cashier accused me of lying about them not being worn. She took the soles out of the shoe, brought them to the back of the store, then came back and asked me where the small mark came from that was on one of the soles. I told her that I did not know, because my mom did not wear the shoes or try them on. She then explained that it was past the 2-week return period (it has been 2 weeks and 2 days), and that she couldn't return them. I then explained that I was not made aware of the 2-week return policy and assumed it was the standard 30-day return policy. She told me I should check the receipt next time. I felt disrespected and stated that I would not shop here again if they wouldn't return the shoes, and she then told me that "I didn't need to be rude to her". She then proceeded to accept the return, so I'm not sure why I was given such a hard time. I've never had this bad of an experience returning something before, and I hope that the cashier learns to be more respectful and kind to people visiting the store."

He called me about the repair and when they were ready for pick up. Very accommodating, great communication and great work done on my shoes and boots. Saved me a TON of money. Great experience!!"
