"The restaurant was extremely busy but they had lots of great employees- but it was slower than I expected considering how many employees were there. The Crispy Chicken sandwich was the worst I’ve ever had there. Bun was dried out like past day old and the tomato was mushy and sliced so thin I couldn’t barely taste it. The Fries were crispy but tasted different. So sorry for the poor review but I’m growing tired of the poor restaurant food not only here but others too."
"Cedar Springs has an awesome cre of workers. Workers are always engaging and treat everyone with a high level of customer service. Food is always fresh, hot and tastes delicious."
"I understand that this place can get very busy and the food may take awhile to get to you but the last few times I’ve been here my food has been barely room temperature after waiting more than ten minutes. Also charging people for marinara sauce when they order cheese curds is wild to me. I’ll go to A&W the next time I want cheese curds."
"A YouTube video rated Culver's burgers the best chain restaurant burger. Maybe it could be if they took a little care when they prepare it. The ones I get are never hot and sometimes even cold. They are just slapped together and your lucky if the cheese is more than half way on the burger. To me the beef is lacking flavor or is just overpowered by the onion. I have to go with In and Out burger as number 1. But in fairness I have had cold In and Out also. Burger King Whopper is one of my favorites. Best yet, is to find one made some where that suit you if you can."
"Nice, location in Cedar Springs, MI, just off 17-mile road and M131. Restaurant is VERY clean and we'll-maintained. Staff is courteous and professional. Since meals are cooked to order, you know you are getting your food fast and fresh. The grilled chicken is good and the fried cod is especially meaty and flavorful. The chili was also very good with a good amount of beef and beans without being overly spicy. The chocolate ice cream is particularly rich and creamy - worth a stand-alone visit."
