"Always have good food and coffee. My only complaint is the one female barista that looks like she's trying to be "Snooki". Has a massive attitude problem! She answers the ordering station with the sense that your doing her wrong by ording from them. Then if you order more than one thing it upsets her (her tone and demeanor says so). She acts like she shouldn't be in customer service. Bigby do your self a favor and let her go! She is giving your location and company and very bad look! Besides that everyone else is nice and as I said love the coffee. Management needs to address this review..."
