"This is my Fiance and I’s favorite coffee shop. Everytime we come in, the barista is super friendly, willing to answer questions and make small talk. Not to mention, their monthly specials are always fun and delicious. Friendly service, great coffee, and better prices than most places in the area including the chains. Can’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend!"

"I HATE giving bad reviews but this was my first visit and the barista was not friendly to me. She acted like she was irritated with me right away. They had an order with several drinks ahead of me. I was there to have a meeting with someone and rather than keep her waiting I said I will be right upstairs. Instead of bringing me the drink (I never heard them call and they never asked my name) they let it sit. It was a smoothie that was now melted. I had her throw it away and there was no response at all from her. I also got a croissant and it was supposed to be toasted but wasn't even warm. When I asked she just said well it was toasted. It wasn't good at all so that also was thrown away. Yes it was only $10 but it was more about her response than the money wasted. Unfortunate."

"As I walked in to Koffee Haus, a man yelled obscenities at me. The barista came out and defended my stricken honor by hurling large stones at the man until he withered. She then made me the best double espresso mocha I’ve ever had. Great service, even greater defense."
