"First time coming here and I wouldn't recommend. Right when we got here I'm not sure if employee or the manager was arguing with a costumer over a fill in wasnt stated on phone. I dont think its professional to make a scene infront of everyone. Then when it came to get my nails done the manicurist rushed through my nails super fast because they were busy. My gel nails came out sloppy and a day later already started to come off. I wouldnt come back."

"So after basically almost forcing me to get gel Polish and then trying to charge me $45 instead of the listed $40 price then lying to my face saying it was because I got long nails when this is the shortest my nails have ever been due to work, Then acting like she did me a favor charging me the right price. The nerve. I'm triggered but I stayed calm and paid 40. Gave her a $5 tip but I don't think they should bully clients to change them 10 dollars more and lie to my face saying it was only 5 more. There's your 5 dollars, and needless to say I will not be coming back here."

"My girls and I go to Rose's all the time. I get acrylic nails and fills, they have gotten pedis and acrylic's as well as shellac/gel and regular polish. It's always a fun positive atmosphere and they do an amazing job. I highly recommend. Tine is who I always see, my girls use Tina, Ruby and Rose. They are all great!"
