"I love bath and body works and spend a lot there every month I've been to may different locations and this I'd say is the worst one I'm not a social person so if I need help or anything I won't get it there because none of the staff greets of ask if I need help or let u know of any specials going on any other store the staff if friend I don't feel like I'm being judged I'm comfortable not the Gaylord store I refuse to set foot in that store ever again."
"One of my favorite people to get shopping advice from works here. Her name is Mallory and she is the most enthusiastic sales person. She makes sure you enjoy your time and your needs are met. She is knowledgeable and friendly. The store was clean and offered hand sanitizer outside the door to promote safety and cleanliness inside the store. The store was clean and we'll put together. There were arrows on the floor to tell you which way to go. It was a nice experience."
