"Very nice people working at this location. There were two women working and were clearly very busy in the morning with lots of orders but were still very kind and patient helping me decide on an order."
"I go on BOGO Wednesdays. I order a tea, I don’t drink coffee, so I never know what to order for my friends. They are very good at explaining all the options to me! The thing I like the MOST, is they KNOW I don’t like strong tea, I don’t even have to ask them to remove the tea bag anymore! They also put the cream cheese ON the bagel. I’ve been to other stores and they give you one tiny little tub of cream cheese in the bag….in a drive through. I will not stop at that store again (traverse city)"
"I asked for frozen and they gave me hot so I had to ask for a frozen one. The girl told me she still has to charge me. So I just paid $20 to get the coffee I wanted."
