"I was upset that we lost the Burger King in Charlevoix and didn't go here for quite a while. I was not super impressed the first time, but it is a pretty good restaurant for fast food. The employees are very friendly and courteous."
"They always forget to give us napkins ketchup and salt!! We always ask for them!!! We always order the same stuff every week and they still don’t get it right! Like what we ordered on our burgers and what sides we ordered!! You would think since we come here almost every week they would get it right once"
"I will walk into a place like I'd walked into a friend's home. When you walk into Charlevoix Culver's, you are greeted and treated like a friend would be treated. Delightful people! We stopped in to relax & kill some time before a business deal...., just had a memory lane malt drink that was so good, but I will rave about the fish sandwich from past experience."
"I was served great at 2pm and I had decided to wait there for an hour. When I went to get up my tennis shoe caught on the table legs and down I went. Then I heard alot of uh-ohs from the front of the store. Not one person working asked if I was OK or not. Then I wanted to buy ice cream on my way out. I get to the counter and there is 5 to six people talking. One asks another to help me and she asks another to help me. This second person ask the third not wonce or twice but five times. I one thing to not want to serve but belittling me like I was a child that fell and not helping me is appalling. I will never eat there again. If you are a handicap beware."
"On vacation first time stopping at a Culver's, tried a few different items we shared, butter burger double mushroom and swiss was really good, butter burger double bacon cheese burger deluxe also good, chilli was good not too spicy not over powered with beans recommend that, crinkle fries, yummy but the fried shrimp was good but shrimp was small, would recommend they have a large menu to pick from, we will visit again at home."
