"My daughter and I walked in yesterday to buy a pair of crocs. I found the pair I wanted but they didn’t have them in my size. I was about to ask them if they had any pairs in the back but the lady at the counter said “bye” to us and started instantly talking negatively about a black woman who just left to her coworkers or friends who were sitting in front of the counter. I was so upset about the blatant disrespect and racism. I can’t believe they would talk like that in general, and also in front of my child. I will never step foot in this store again. If I could give zero stars, I would."

"When my niece and I walked in we didn’t see the sign for no drinks. They rudely told us to leave and started laughing as we left. Horrible customer service. Plenty of other stores with the same items. Definitely will never be going back. Will definitely be telling other people not to shop here also."

"My husband and I are on our one year wedding anniversary and decided to travel up north for a week. We went into this store after seeing lots of items in the window we loved. We went in and they have a lot of cozy sweaters, sweats and blankets that are so cool! I have also never seen so many options for crocs. Boots, furry slip ons, and even flats. The lady working was so helpful and we talked for a while about the town and about back home. Of course wear a mask when going into not only this store, but anywhere downtown. You will be expected to wear one when you go into a store, that should be expected by now. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone in the area."
