"All the staff were exceptional except the PA who saw me after ER visit for cellulitis behind ear, and the office manager. PA dismissed there being an infection and my complaint resulted in manager refusing to let me make another appointment after I find out my ears have serious bacterial infections. Private clinic is Rhonda’s defense. Not a place for someone with ear infection."

"Came here for Reoccurring problems and was told “ most people don’t even think sinus drainage or tonsil stones are that serious” can’t believe I paid to talk to someone who diminished my problems. Was told to just use the medication I’m already prescribed twice in one day. Easily the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Saw a female doctor I won’t name but if you HAVE to go here go see doctor Ho."
