"Had a really bad experience here today. Last time I had blood drawn I almost fainted and the nurse advised me to go lie back for the draw when I came back for blood work. When I informed my nurse today she was condescending, asked if it was "all in my head", said that "I'd better not faint because she was too tired to pick me off the floor". On top of that, she missed my other lab work on the order, which I luckily noticed myself otherwise I would have had to go back another day, which would have been super frustrating. I understand being tired at work but having blood drawn is a medical procedure and the staff needs to be professional. Such a shame because last time when I was light headed the staff was amazing. The rest of the staff was helpful today too. Just a bad nurse."

"Went in for a self-pay test. I was quoted a price of $500. Later was billed $150 more for radiology reading fee☹️ They should tell you that up front. Otherwise staff was very nice. I am editing this a year later because the radiology department called me and said they made a mistake. They refunded me the $150! I was shocked!"

"Both times the medical professional that drew my blood were A M A Z I N G! Unfortunately telephone staff was super rude and condescending. I was given supervisor but for whatever reason they didn’t give me Patient Relations. Her name was Kristie or Chrissy. We ALL have bad days but that experience was insane. Again my review is based off or my experience with their patient care. It’s not worth the stress! They didn’t want me to repeat a lab that I had an order for, which was ordered by my surgeon. (Outside facility)."

"I regularly get my blood drawn here but today I had the worst experience I’ve ever had. I checked in and they said it would be a 30 min wait. I am aware it is a busy lab and expected this. After about 30 min 4 people who checked in after me for blood draws were called back. I simply asked the person at the desk if I was checked in, as I was here before some people who were called back. Then they called me back, the lady said “stop being impatient” and I tried to explain that I was checking to see if I had been checked in correctly she again said I’ve had it with the impatience. She didn’t talk the entire time she drew my blood and did not respond when I said thank you have a nice day. Staff needs to be more organized and polite."
