"Jacob did a great job subbing for my regular podiatrist (Dr. Fleischer). He was friendly and efficient, and I was done in less than an hour."
"The person at receptionist desk was friendly, kind and very helpful not a tech person when it comes to the phone he help me with that as well as other things so I am grateful and the team in the back was pleasant person who was doing my x-ray let me know who she was what she was going to do and was great and truly was amazed by the Doctor Who came in talk to me listen to me, and these days is rare that a doctor will listen to what you had to say and what you think and what’s going on with you and he did all these things I would truly recommending this place to anyone and all the people at my unit so heads up. Thank you so much for all your help you"

"This friendly and accommodating team of professionals made my 1st time visit quickly turn into a pleasant and informative experience. Thanks to a great staff and a great Doctor who took his time with my questions and who put my many fears at ease."
"This place is so ridiculous that I just had to take the time to write this review. I had a tear in my foot, and visited Weil several times for diagnosis and treatment. My doctor was John Sakla, and he demonstrated how to tape my toes and foot, about a five second demonstration—and for that, it was $80, and he literally told me I should just google it. I never felt like I was receiving valuable input or advice during any of the multiple visits. But the main issue that made me write this review is how horribly incompetent their billing department is. I made the first payment of over $900 in-person during my second visit. A couple weeks later I received a bill in the mail for a balance that did not include the $900+ I paid during that visit. I called and asked about it and someone said that they would look into it—no follow-up call form them. A month later I received another bill and the balance was still unchanged and there were new expenses attached. I was confused and didn’t want to pay an additional balance when my first payment still wasn’t reflected. I called them back, asked for it to be escalated after the same conversation—again, they will look into it. Eventually they called me back and said it had been updated. I got a THIRD bill, and guess what?? There were new expensed items again and the original payment STILL wasn’t applied. I called them back with a request to call me back (since they never ever pick up their phone) and this time I told them I was going to report this to IDPH and magically, within 5 minutes, they found my payment. It took over 3 months to sort this out. I actually had another appointment with Weil, to consult on next steps and possible surgery, but due to the stupidity of their billing department, and the lack of medical advice given til then, I decided to go to elsewhere. Today, a WHOLE MONTH AFTER THAT, someone from their billing department called saying they were responding to a request for a call back! So this person never even bothered to read the notes on the account before calling. This place is a disaster. No accountability. No apologies. Be careful with this place, it is a profit center before anything else and not a well-run one at that."
