"Fradulant billing and collection problems!!! Northland Anesthesia Associates provided anesthesia service for a routine preventive colonoscopy in Ascension Providence Hospital, Southfield, MI in October 2021, usually for this type of preventive colonoscopy without insurance will cost $2100 to 3000 including MD (surgeon) charges, laboratory, OR, anesthesia and nurses. It will be covered 100% by most of the insurances under preventive health care. I got the insurance and it will take care of all my preventive care. For anesthesia service doctor, they charged $1323 out of 529 my insurance paid, and another bill from PSJ for $1281 for Anesthesia service nurse which my insurance taken care. For remaining amount which was definitely overbilled with various fraudulent codes and sent to collection. This particular group is totally does overbilling, fraudulent billing and no body answers the phone and nobody will contact the customer and directly send the invoices to collection department to make innocent people to suffer. Think twice before taking such services which may put patients into hardships."
