After calling a different facility and having an unpleasant interaction it was refreshing to have good customer service and a professional attitude. I didn’t get the first receptionist’s name unfortunately but Debbie (hope it was spelled correct) was great and made it quick and easy. ."

"Made a new patient appointment and was very excited to try out this place from the good reviews. I called the front office on my drive there because it was a bad traffic jam on Coolidge that couldn't be helped and i was going to be running a few minutes behind. The front office had me on hold for about 10 minutes just for someone to pick up and say. "We can't see you today because it's going to take too long for the new patients questionnaire and they're trying to get the doctor out of there by 4:30pm" i even filled out all the pre paperwork online and I was previously a patient at another ascension medical group so it shouldn't be that hard to pull up my history?!! My appointment was set for 4pm, I had to get time approved just to get off work earlier and get over there just for them to say there is no "grace period for new patients" even if its 4:03pm??! Literally a few minutes behind?!WHY WASN'T THIS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING??? There should've been a warning??? Wasted my time and had no empathy or professionalism for a new patient. I really wanted to see this doctor but the office staff and/or their made up policy has caused them to lose a new patient. Have some freaking grace my goodness."
