"I was a new patient. My previous doctor left the practice so I chose this office as it was closer to home. The doctor seemed fine. No complaints, HOWEVER…. The horror I just went through was traumatic to say the least. I am on an antidepressant and needed a new script. The doctor forgot to send it in. No biggy, accidents happen. I was going up north that day and called the office to make them aware that I needed the script before I left sent ..They told me they needed to get ahold of the doctor first and to call them back around 1230/1. Frustrated I couldn’t leave for my vacation , I reluctantly agreed. I called back at 1:15 . I was told the script was sent to an up north pharmacy and I am all set and could leave. After my 6 hour drive I get a voicemail , basically it wasn’t sent to make a long message short. The withdrawal symptoms I suffer from not taking this medication are AWFUL! Severe dizziness, brain zaps, gastrointestinal issues, vomiting etc… I had them all. And I was on vacation! It was the weekend I had no way of remedying this until Monday. So I called the after hours number three times and was NEVER called back! WTH!! I was suffering ! I’m thankful this wasn’t insulin or a life saving drug because I would of been in the ER or DEAD! Half my vacation was over before I could get my pills. This was just awful ! I was having a complete meltdown at the pharmacy tears the whole deal. I suffered unnecessarily all due to the negligence of this office. I highly recommend you find another office and this story saves you from future trauma."

"I have read so many reviews and I can say Dr. Jaina has been our family doctor for over 20 yrs and she is amazing. When my daughter was born I could tell something was not right so at her 2 week visit I told the doctor my concerns and she began examining my baby she immediately sent us to children's neurologists who stated " I was extremely lucky that our doctor picked up on the issues as early as she did because most doctors would not of realized that the baby needed intervention so early" if it were not for her listening to my concerns my daughter would of gone undiagnosed till her toddler years. Dr. Jaina has always taken my children in immediately when they are sick (they both have health issues). I will say her newest receptionist is not built for front desk work as she is lazy and has a bad attitude but she will not be around long so I ignore her attitudes. Dr. Jain has always been very attentive with my family and she is always thurough when I have concerns I would not change doctors for anything and we truly love her she treats my children amazingly and they adore her."

"Dr. Jain was so very thorough on my first visit. I went in again with my husband and she’s always thorough. I see a lot of complaints on here and I find that she is a great doctor. My daughter was having huge issues with her back and if it wasn’t for her and with her visit my daughter would be paralyzed today. My daughters other doctor continued to blow of her back issues for ten years and if I wouldn’t have gotten to doctor Jain as I said my daughter would be paralyzed and I am ever so great full."

"Dr. Jain is an excellent doctor. She is so sweet and knowledgeable! I have not had a bad experience with her. When my father came to live with me and needed a physician, she accepted him right away. I never have an issue getting the medications he needs. She has been my personal doctor for almost 20 years and has been great."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Jain for over 20 years. She is very attentive, competent, compassionate, and profencet in her practice. I would not trust anyone else with my health care. Sure there is sometimes a wait at the office, but I am not her only patient and emergencies happen - so schedules have to change. I would wonder how good a doctor is if they had the time to always be on time. She takes as much time with her patients as is needed to take care of not just them, but their concerns as well. I am grateful for her service and also realize that she is human and none of humans are perfect 100% of the time. That is why one should always be involved with their condition and not expect the doctor to be able to read our minds and know what we are feeling.
