"I really like Dr Twainey. He's seems very kind and caring. When my vitals are being taken I always warn the girl that does my blood pressure that if the cuff gets too tight on my arm it will need to come off. I always mention this because I don't want to alarm or surprise her. Today when I said it was getting tight and then too tight I said it has too come off. It was hurting and it wasn't my intention to hurt anyone's feelings. I just said for her to take it off. I thought I heard her tell other staff I said to GET IT OFF! I never said that. Patients don't come to the doctor to judge or be judged."

"Went there one time. For a yearly health risk assessment. My back was throbbing due to the type of work that I do. He did absolutely nothing about my back. He just talked about the covid vaxx the whole time. He showed zero concern about an actual problem. I wasn't there for drugs. I was hoping for an MRI possibly x-rays. He completely blew me off. Guys like this need to be out of the medical industry"

The ladies at the front desk were very polite and helpful. His medical assistant can use some personality classes but was thorough."
