"Took two weeks to have a surgical clearance form completed by my primary. I had to call them almost every day to get my paperwork completed and had to physically sit in the waiting room on the 14th day to collect my forms since they cannot be trusted to complete basic tasks like fax documents. They no longer can be trusted with my healthcare. They truly showed me that they do not care what is going on in my life - what issues I am dealing with. & if you ask them to do their job, they’ll likely roll their eyes and act as if YOURE an inconvenience to them. If I could give them ZERO stars , I would. STAY AWAY"

"The WORSE experience I could ever have. I needed a GLOBAL referral to see the specialist I needed to see.. come to find out!! The doctor I made an apt with did not see a global referral!! I called them to get a global referral as opposed to the one they gave me, and they couldn’t help me because the doctor I saw was new and not in the system yet. So they couldn’t rush my referral over. Waste of time, took the day off work for nothing!! I will make her my pcp now, but I’m definitely changing my pcp once I get my referral."
