"About 1 month ago I had a video appointment with Dr Sabrina Qazi. I felt good about our visit and looked forward to being a patient. I received a call from her office a few days later to schedule an appt for X-rays and Labs as we discussed at my appointment! I made an appointment for what I thought was a week from then but it was just a day or two! So I called and apologized for missing the appointment and the staff was like no worries it’s ok! So when I was at the xray appt, even though I asked several times they kept saying nope no labs ordered!! Fast forward a day I look on the patient portal and see a lab slip ordering many tests. So again I called to tell the staff that I did have labs to have been drawn at my appointment! They never apologized at all and finally agreed to fax it to me! This afternoon I called asking if they could send any results to my PCP, I had the med rec person called some how the call dropped, she called back with athe nastiest attitude tellin me I didn’t have to hag up on her??? That’s not even the worst I was spoken to! I called the office back and complained about this person! Mind you all I wanted to do is remind them to send any results over to my PCP! Some how Dr Sabrina got on the phone telling me I didn’t show up for my xrays when I was supposed to and that my labs weren’t drawn??? I said I told your staff a bunch of time you requested labs and they kept saying no no no! When I was trying to explain myself and put blame on the uncaring staff all the doctor said well “ move past that” what a joke!! I seriously have never been treated this poorly by a staff and a physician! I won’t be going back and I would never recommend this place!!"

"Get the earliest appointment of the day as it gives them less time to have come behind. I saw Dr. Silverman and came highly recommended by several medical professionals. Normally as a new patient there is about a 6 month waiting list. This is not uncommon for a leading provider and also depends on the specialty. My appointment was for 2:30 pm and I saw him at 4:00 pm. He was behind because he spends adequate time with his patients and is very thorough. I highly recommend him."
