"Totally unprofessional staff. The "receptionist" if you want to call her that, needs to take some more courses on how to handle potential patients. I had to leave a domestic violence situation when I was 7 months pregnant with my second son. I left a high paying job in order to make It out alive with my children. Molina insurance may be a "program you dont associate yourself with" ( she said this in the most disgusted tone) but it is a an insurance that kept my children and I alive. And I was referred to your business by my Molina accepting OB so maybe you shouldn't associate yourself with that DR either. Businesses that dont have compassion have no business caring for other patients in my opinion! This was the receptionist from Dr. Baylis' office."

"Before I give my review I want to share a little history prior to becoming a patient to Dr Baylis. I have always had anxiety about going to the Docs' Office. My previous two doctors were just not appealing to me and did not help with that anxiety. One doctor made me feel like I was a number. Get me out the door as quick as possible. Then my next Doc seemed to lord over me and sent me a nasty letter because I visited an after hours clinic after tearing my ham string. She told me I needed her permission to visit an emergency physician even when I could not get a hold of her. like i'm supposed to wait on her when i have an emergency. So I did some searching and found Dr Baylis. From the moment I met him he felt like an old friend. We were laughing and joking while I was getting my check up. He took his time getting to know me. He asks questions about my life and how im doing in general. He creates that neighborhood doctor feel. I have no anxiety but rather I look forward to my check ups. He referred me to a specialist for a minor procedure and I was very happy with that Doc as well. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Baylis if you have anxiety about visiting the Doc."
