"Posting under my husband’s name because I don’t have an acct Had my yearly mammogram (wellness per Cigna) dense breast tissue Radiologist couldn’t read Had me come back for additional imaging . Radiologist still couldn’t read US or imaging . Inconclusive Told me to come back in 6 months. Meanwhile I was billed $700 for imaginary and radiologist . I’m officially done with McLaren. Will go somewhere else and find competent providers"
"The receptionist was extremely rude and hung up on me when I would not provide my SSN. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason for them to take and store my SSN. And, just because “we have always done that” doesn’t make it right. I was not rude at all - just refused to provide that personal identifiable information so that can store it who knows how. I offered my insurance info - even my license and she hung up on me. People - be careful about just giving up that info. They don’t need it."
"I also think Clarkston Mc Laren Breast center is one of the best. They know what they are doing, love the robes and not the paper robes, they are almost always on time and the team is friendly. Everyone is nervous going to the Dr. but I love it here. Thank you team"
"Just got a call back from Radiologist Dr Kirk at Clarkston Imaging as a follow up to my breast ultrasound that Jill did last week. This clinic is thorough, professional & warm (which is a rare combo), and they do exactly what they say they are going to do. I will never go anywhere else for my mammograms! Shout out to Kristal & Alicia at the front desk. They are caring & I always feel welcomed & seen when I come in."
"If every woman got their first mammogram at McLaren Breast Center in Clarkston, they would never be nervous again because they’re in the BEST hands! It was my first time at the clinic and the amazing team started with Alicia at the front desk, then Valerie who had to call my PCP & get the updated prescription (took her 10 mins- I tried for days), then Cherie who did the actual 3D mammogram (she is experienced & handled my difficult case with breast implants like a PRO!), and all headed by manager Carrie who is an exceptional leader. This is the most caring & compassionate, and professional & efficient state-of-the-art facility I’ve even been to. With imaging centers on every corner, it’s worth the trip!"
