"Hired in real quick, seemed friendly and good paced work at first. The residents are incredible and I knew a few from previous work. Was stalked and harassed by one of the aids on the floor that I worked with regularly and when I would pull double shifts the first shift aids treated me like dirt and had poor excuses for the way they acted towards me because I genuinely cared for the residents and did activities with them. Was told that they refused to take certain residents out for walks because they felt like it, watched aids eat the food being served to the residents with them while "feeding" during meal times, witnessed aids misusing the computer for personal searches and the nurses enjoy youtube and Facebook while on shift. Some of the aids were on personal calls during their time on the floor and had even asked other residents to watch certain residents there for them to make personal calls or stuff their face with food behind the clerks desk. One of the aids who would follow and harass me neglected care for their residents while they hollered to be cared for and I was forced to wait for help when it came to a two person transfer. I had gotten taunting text messages from an aid who had stolen a shift I picked up weeks prior to the day the shift was scheduled. I wouldn't recommend working here, the staff is almost all newly hired and have each others backs when it comes to breaking rules and regulations."

"This place needs some serious adjusting, some of the staff goes above and beyond their expectations, the problem is that that is only 2% of the staff, they have some staff that just stands around eating at the nurses station for 4hrs at a time not helping anyone or waundering around aimlessly trying to make it look like they are doing something, half the nurses are too good to do the job of an aide so your loved one is left waiting till an aide becomes avalible even if it is a task as simple as holding your loved ones hand or watching them walk acrossed the room to ensure they do not fall. The receptionist is as rude as they come, she snaps at the most rediculas things. The facility has so much potential! But they first need to get new aides that actually care about people. Stop just trying to fill holes."
