"Although I loved the doctor that saw me whom was very knowledgeable this ER and other Ascension Borgess employees are breaking THE HIPPA LAW. They are asking people what they are at ER for right out in waiting room in front of everyone. This is UNACCEPTABLE. To preach Hippa law have you sign it then turn around and Ascension Borgess break the law themselves is pretty negative. Please ask patients coming to the ER what they are there for in a ENCLOSED ROOM PLEASE."

"Appointment for my mother. Appointment was scheduled for August 10. That was scheduled three months ago. Not able to get lab work done since the lab had irregular hours. We made three different attempts to get this done prior to the 8/10 appointment. I drive from Muskegon to take my mother for her appointments. Her appointment day/ time had been changed following a call to my mother. The staff had been given my number as a contact since Mom has a difficult time understanding what she's being told. Well they never updated her info, and they called mom. Of course we missed the correct appointment. She is very difficult to get out of her residence, and into the car. I feel that these problems start right at check in/check out. This place does not work with the patient."
