"All in all most visits here have been pretty successful. The staff in general is awesome. The person working the front desk is less than average. It seems to be getting too big for the foot print and staff there. I was just told a wait time of 1.5hrs. I realized they have a list of expected time with your name. I was not even added to the list and was there close to 45 minutes. So I asked if I should be on there and the front desk worker stated they thought I was about to go back. After another 10 minutes I realized that I was now on the list with over a 2hr wait time. They also keep billing my old insurance which I haven't had in over a year now so it gets declined. They then send me the bill and I have to contact them and tell them to bill my current insurance that I have. Not my old insurance. Again the staff in the back is always friendly and helpful. They offer you drinks or snacks generally. So once you are in it is a good experience."

"The on line appointment made check in simple and quick. Dr Barnett proceeded accordingly based on my symptoms and implemented a plan to resolve my issues. A great experience! Thanks again."

"I am saddened to write this review because i travel to specifically this Well Now location when I am in need. They are respectful, timely, and through every visit. I feel like I have formed a connection with staff and feel at home there- this says a lot considering the current state of western medicine. Today, I have never felt more unwanted in a medical sphere and I was in the building for maybe ten minutes. I am suffering nauseating pain in my back and this is an injury recorded here twice before. The woman working the desk at noon 2/3/24 was very clearly having a bad day and made sure patients knew. I cannot verbalize her lack of customer understanding and privacy. Thank you so much for screaming my card was declined, explaining a charge I have never been privy to, belting my specific symptoms recorded to accumulate said charge, and sighing loudly followed by maniacal laughing when I announced the reason for my visit today. You are very great at blowing off patients and treating people in need like drive thru customers. I hope your day gets better, thank you for making mine pile shame and embarrassment on top of my pain."

"I had the best experience here today with my 3yr old son who was seen for an ear infection. The staff went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. Angela M., who took our sons vitals and history spent extra time with him to make his experience less scary. He has some developmental delays and is terrified of seeing the doctor, but she was patient and even got down on the floor to his level to make him feel comfortable. By the time she left, he was giggling and even dancing!!! The nurse practitioner, Becky was also incredible. She has an amazing bedside manner and even brought in toys to make things less scary for him. Our visit wasn’t rushed, and she really took her time with him. To the manager: I hope you can extend our gratitude and give recognition to your shining staff for today. What we thought would end in tears and trauma actually ended with smiles and laughter!!! Thank you so much for treating your patients like people and not numbers. This unfortunately is so rare these days!"

"We have always have a great experience when going to this Urgent Care. I like the fact we can schedule online and check in online. We do not have to call and wait on hold forever to try and get an appointment with physician. The staff today did an amazing job! Haleigh was our receptionist, Courtney and Erin were the patient care techs, they did great with my boys! They engaged the boys, helped them relax and most importantly LISTENED to us as parents and our concerns. Our concerns were heard and not just ignored! The provider Becky was super quick, efficient, and also listened to us as parents! We have not had a bad experience yet. The facility is clean and the staff is great! Thank you!"
