"One is the whole registration process. They have the order as do I. The registration takes forever, so long in fact there have been times I've had to leave. The hours are so limited they should seriously consider extending the hrs and include Saturday as well."
"My husband had routine blood work done on Dec. 5th at Allegan General, in anticipation of his annual physical on Dec. 15th. As of Dec. 15th when he went for his appointment, the doctor had not yet received the blood work from Allegan. His nurse then called Allegan General and asked them to send the results. It is now Jan. 3rd and I contacted the doctors office to see if they ever received the results and they still have NOT! The nurse said she just called Allegan AGAIN to request the blood work. I really can't come up with any excuse for this. It's not like it "got lost in the mail", everything is sent electronically these days. Absolutely pathetic!"
