"I went to Hancock pain management in Greenfield just this last May. Everything was going well until I had forgotten to tell the doctor about a few of my medications but I let the nurse (or his assistant) know BEFORE I left and BEFORE the drug test. She was so rude. She told me I should have told the doctor and now it's too late. How?? But moving on, I was there over 2 hours thinking I'd have time to get my daughter from school. They made me choose between taking the test or picking up my kid. I chose my kid! They wouldn't allow me to speak with the doctor to explain or maybe set something else up. I received a letter a week later saying I was dismissed from their practice. THIS WAS MY 1ST time there! How can they give me an ultimatum like that? This is coming from someone who really needs to see a pain management, I won't ever recommend and this experience really doesn't want me to seek help."
