I question their college degrees & creditials if they cannot do something as simple as answer a telephone or return a phone call as this is a elementary task, and psychology is so much more advanced."

"My kids and I have coming here since 2009. Prior to that, I went to a few places in Grand Rapids. Despite this being a small town clinic, they offer excellent services. Dr Andrews, the psychiatrist, realized right away that I had been misdiagnosed and quickly found the correct medications for my new (as of 2009) diagnosis. She always listens to my concerns and isn't hesitant to offer alternatives if needed. Fortunately, for me, it only took a few med adjustments for optimum results. I know that if anything changes, she'll be right there ready to help me find something that works. I just hope she never retires! The clinic also has a couple good counselors. Unfortunately they don't do EMDR, so I did end up having to move on and see someone else. I would still recommend them, though, for CBT or talk. Front desk staff has always been friendly and helpful. However, they do tend to not answer the phone, so I recommend stopping by if you need something right away."
