There were some initial kinks in coordination and communication in their scheduling in regards to patient stress/vulnerability. I gather they are all stretched very thin with mental health demands on the rise. Once dust settled it was well worth it, because the practitioners actually listen and are highly skilled"

"Well for one extremely disappointing. We started with one couselor, then they just vanished. So all that bond, trust lost. Started with a second, and they also basically quit slowly. How is a teen suppose to build trust with someone if its never the same person. My wife and I on the other hand may need couseling after dealing with their billing department. Its lies after lies. I really think this place may just be a money grab. When you pay they say "oh we dont give receipts" but then want you to prove you paid on any discrepancy. Do your research we thought we did. Wasted $1000s with no benefit to our teen what so ever. I think they may have good couselors there, we unfortunately didnt meet one, but this is by far the most poorly run business I have ever dealt with."

"Joe really was a great guy and helped us so much! His sense of humor is awesome! He works to make sure both people understand before moving on and is willing to reexplain things different ways until you understand. He is fair when it comes to the couple. Doesnt choose one person over the other, which is what most people are worried about."
