"Overall 3 stars at best. Their website works about 50% of the time on trying to place an order. Don't have that issue ANYWHERE else."
"The guy that waited on me was lacking customer service skills. Not even a thank you. I was shorted two egg rolls, it was a bit expensive, and the food was lacking flavor. This was my 2nd time since the new ownership and I was not impressed. The Hibachi in Lansing is much better for the price and way more flavor."
"I've been here twice since the new owners took over and have been disappointed both times. Shockingly the only item that has any flavor is the egg rolls. Everything else I got was so bland and almost tasteless. Apparently you're only paying for texture and not flavor here. Speaking of texture, the crab ragoon has the worst texture ever. It's like warm small curd cottage cheese. The fried rice was extremely gritty and dry. The chicken and broccoli had zero flavor and had so much fatty chicken it was unreal. I never thought I'd say this but I'd rather take the trip to Charlotte where there is a buffet and actual flavor."
"Have been here 3 times for lunch. Freshly prepared dishes in under 5 minutes. Unfortunately, they use disposable dishes and utensils. I bring my own fork."
