"An extremely unprofessional nurse told me they would have to decide if my 15 month old daughter would be able to be seen because I was being "argumentative" on the phone. I was far from argumentative. This was after I went there in person to make an appointment 10 minutes prior to the phone call. I was simply confirming that the 3:00 appointment would be fine. I don't think a nurse having a bad day should be the deciding factor on whether a sick child can be seen or not. Don't waste your time with this office."
